PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

As a certified personal fitness trainer (PFT) with over 10 years
experience, Jay's philosophy is to improve the quality of life of all of his
clients.  

Through a regular exercise regimen of cardio and strength training,
clients will notice improvements in cardio respiratory endurance,
muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility within 4 to 6 weeks.  
In addition to one-on-one sessions, he also offers small group sessions
from  2 - 5 people per session.

Jay is available for in-home personal training at very competitive rates.
